How do you guys handle burnout?

I’ve been feeling drained lately, even when doing things I enjoy. Any tips?

When I feel burnout coming, I force myself to take a full day completely offline. No screens, just books and nature.

I set micro-goals - like just opening my work file counts as a win on bad days.

Honestly? Therapy. I resisted for years but talking to a professional helped me understand my limits better. ##10002 That reminds me of this!

I schedule 'meh days' where I allow myself to do the bare minimum without guilt. Takes the pressure off. ##10004 That reminds me of this!

I keep a 'done list' to remind myself of what I've accomplished rather than focusing on what's left.

I have a 'reset ritual' - making tea, tidying my desk, and putting on specific music to signal work mode. ##10009 That reminds me of this!

The pomodoro technique saved me - 25 mins work, 5 mins break. Makes long sessions bearable.

Switching up my environment helps. Sometimes just working from a coffee shop or library resets my focus. ##10004 That reminds me of this!
