2. What Happens Next?

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, email, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts.

4. Legal Notice
