Regencell ($RGC) up 59,000% YTD…

Who’s the one that forgot to tell us about this??

Came across Regencell Bioscience ($RGC) and thought it was a glitch. The stock is up over 59,000% this year. Not a typo.

It’s a tiny Hong Kong-based biotech company trying to develop herbal remedies for ADHD and autism. Sounds interesting until you realize they’ve never made a dollar in revenue, are still in the R&D phase, and reported losses of $6 million in 2023 and $4.3 million in 2024.

Here’s where it gets wild:
• They had a $53 million market cap last year
• Did a 38-for-1 stock split this week
• Now they’re sitting around $30 billion in valuation
• Only 6% of shares are actually tradable, rest are held by insiders

Curious if anyone here actually got in on this before the launch. Is there something I’m missing, or is this just pure chaos?
