Platforms Corp (NASDAQ: SKYX) has announced a major collaboration with a **$3 billion mixed-use smart city development** in Miami's Little River District. The company will supply over **500,000 units** of its advanced plug & play smart home technologies for the 63-acre project. The development includes **5,700 residential units**, 350,000 sq ft of retail space, and 1.5 million sq ft of green spaces. SKYX's deployment will feature ceiling outlet receptacles, an AI ecosystem, and various plug & play products.
