I don't know what is wrong with this, can some one help?

I'm working on a thumbnail for a client, and while my other thumbnails turned out well, this one just isn’t clicking. I’m not happy with how it looks . it feels off, and I’m not sure how to fix it. Could really use some honest feedback or suggestions. i have felling that it is the fault of the background but i can't find a better one
