Poor Things poster - University Proyect.

Hi everyone! I'm working on a university project where I had to design a poster for Poor Things.

My concept explores female self-discovery, especially sexual awakening, which is central to the film. Initially, I made a very literal version (a girl masturbating), but my professors suggested going for a more symbolic, expressive approach, taking away the hand.

Now I’m trying to convey the same idea using abstract brushstrokes and organic shapes — something that suggests the sensation of orgasm and intimacy, without being explicit.

If you have suggestions for artists who work with expressive strokes, or posters that play with sensuality in a subtle way, I’d really appreciate it. Any feedback is welcome — thanks in advance!
